General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data (e.g., name, address, email, IP address) solely on the basis of legal permissions:

  • Switzerland: Art. 6 ff. revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG / nDSG).

  • EU/EEA: Art. 6 GDPR (e.g., consent, contract, legitimate interests).

Your data will only be stored as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g., 10 years under Swiss Code of Obligations).

Data Collected When Visiting the Website (Log Files)
